New version: direct 3.2

direct is now compatible with almost any phone system

New: support for TAPI enabled phone systems

In addition to the large corporate phone systems as well as Tiptel telephones, direct release 3.2 now supports almost any TAPI-enabled phone system. This is made possible by ilink TeamCall Express, the new telephony server bundled with direct. Successful deployments have already been made with phone systems from Panasonic, Ascotel, Ericsson, and Avaya (IP Office).

In addition, direct 3.2 improves the display of incoming calls: The pop up window has received a major overhaul and incoming calls can now also be signaled using the notification system Growl (http://www.growl.info).
